Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our Neurology Clinic!

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant manner
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Prepares charts accurately and completely, ensuring completion of all intake forms
• Enters patient demographics, charges and payments into the clinic computer system
• Verifies patient insurance eligibility and coverage
• Accurately handles the collection of patient payments
• May be required to accurately conduct end of day balances
• May be required to float to other clinics as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of Front Desk Receptionist experience in a family practice, internal medicine or Neuro setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
